Tanya Koch is a German/Hawaiian who has had a passion for baking since she was Child. Growing up in a household with a German mother and grandmother from the Black Forest, Tanya learned the art of baking from a young age.

Although she was born in Hawaii, Tanya later moved to Germany and has recently returned to her beloved Hawaiian islands. After working as a lawyer for many years, Tanya has decided to turn her lifelong hobby into her profession.

At Aloha German Bakery, we blend the time-honored art of German baking with the relaxed island vibes. We take pride in crafting authentic German baked goods and treats for our community here in Hawaii.
